Penyagolosa Trails

Penyagolosa Trails is a demanding point-to-point mountain trail event through the rugged, largely untouched Penyagolosa massif, following mostly the GR-33 from Castelló toward Sant Joan de Penyagolosa. Its distinctive appeal is the Mediterranean landscape, medieval villages, monasteries, and a decades-old local tradition of reaching the mountain sanctuary. It suits experienced trail and ultra runners comfortable with semi-self-sufficient racing.
