Kaçkar by UTMB is a demanding mountain trail-running event through Türkiye’s wild Kaçkar Mountains, using historic shepherds’ paths, forests, misty valleys, alpine lakes, and high peaks. Its remote, largely untouched setting and mix of rugged terrain and local villages make it distinctive; the shorter options suit beginners, while the mountain ultras require experienced trail runners.
