Hermanns Lauf is a point-to-point trail race through the Teutoburg Forest, linking Detmold and Bielefeld on wooded paths and rolling terrain. Its distinctive forest setting and route between two cities give it the character of a classic regional trail challenge, best suited to runners comfortable with an undulating off-road course.
