GUUT is a Danish ultra trail event using unmarked routes through forest, fields, trail, and off-trail terrain, with runners navigating by GPS. Its defining character is a deliberately rugged, self-sufficient adventure with wet-foot crossings and a small, intimate field, inspired by major expedition-style ultras. It best suits experienced runners comfortable with navigation, remote conditions, and challenge.
