The Grossglockner Ultra-Trail is a high-alpine trail-running event through technically demanding terrain in Austria’s Hohe Tauern mountains. Its defining setting is the route around Grossglockner, Austria’s highest mountain, passing glaciers, high passes and dramatic three-thousand-metre peaks. It suits experienced mountain runners with strong endurance, sure-footedness and alpine skills.
