Enschede Marathon is a fast city-road race with a lively, well-supported course through Enschede. It is distinctive as the oldest marathon in the Netherlands and Western Europe, dating from 1947, with sections through the University of Twente campus, the F35 cycle path and H.J. van Heekpark.
