Biegi Górskie Sanok is a mountain trail-running festival in the Sanocko-Turczańskie and Bieszczady foothills, offering scenic forest paths, technical climbs and descents, and demanding ultramarathon challenges. Its distinctive setting includes the Sanok open-air museum, Orli Kamień, broad ridge trails, and routes linking Bieszczady with Sanok. It suits both beginners and experienced ultra runners.
