13 Valleys Ultra is a demanding mountain ultra through the fells, lakes and valleys of the Lake District National Park. Its flagship course links all 13 valleys in a full circumnavigation, combining rugged terrain, major climbs and sections requiring navigation in darkness. It suits experienced ultra-runners comfortable with remote, technical mountain conditions.
